Keeping the home fires burning! Fundraising, budgeting, reporting

Overseeing the business and administrative needs of the charity, bringing rigour to our processes, managing data, HR, IT and the money

I work with our 11-21 year olds, gaining an idea of their best hopes and what they’d like to achieve through being involved in mentoring

Providing finance administrative support to all parts of the charity including invoicing, bill paying and cashflow

I assist with the business and administrative needs of the charity and help to streamline business processes. 

I work with primary-aged children and once I learn what they want from the experience, I must use my judgement to partner them up with the perfect volunteer mentor.

I am lucky enough to have two roles, which compliment each other perfectly!

Leading the mentoring programme for Primary aged children, as part of the volunteer mentoring team. 

I work with our 11-21 year olds, finding out about them and linking them with one of our fabulous volunteer mentors

 Delivering youth club twice a week as part of our partnership with Bath Youth for Christ. I also mentor secondary aged young people doing professional mentoring providing a safe space for them to talk. 

I work with secondary aged young people. I get to know the young people; the things they like to do, and their hopes for the future, before matching them with the best volunteer mentor for them. I then support the young people and their mentors so they have the best possible experience during their time together.

I oversee the professional mentoring service and to support the professional mentors to deliver their excellent work with young people.

I support young people to become empowered and thrive through personalised mentoring.
