Meet the team

I keep the home fires burning. Some of the core elements of my role are fundraising, budgeting and reporting.

I work with our 11-21 year olds, gaining an idea of their best hopes and what they’d like to achieve through being involved in mentoring

I oversee the business and administrative needs of the charity, bringing rigour to our processes, managing data, HR, IT and the money.

I provide finance administrative support to all parts of the charity including invoicing, bill paying and cashflow.

I organise fundraising events and build relationships with our local community to support our work.

I lead our mentoring programme for Primary school aged children, as part of the volunteer mentoring team. 

I work with our 11-21 year olds, finding out about them and linking them with one of our fabulous volunteer mentors

I work with primary-aged children and once I learn what they want from the experience, I must use my judgement to partner them up with the perfect volunteer mentor.

I work with secondary aged young people. I get to know the young people; the things they like to do, and their hopes for the future, before matching them with the best volunteer mentor for them. I then support the young people and their mentors so they have the best possible experience during their time together.   

I am lucky enough to have two roles, which compliment each other perfectly!

I deliver our art and youth clubs every week at our Riverside Youth Hub. I am also a professional mentor for secondary school aged young people, providing a safe space for them to talk. 

I oversee the professional mentoring service and to support the professional mentors to deliver their excellent work with young people.

I support young people to thrive by providing one to one mentoring, role modelling and the opportunity to build resilience.

I support young people to become empowered and thrive through personalised mentoring. 

I support young people in school to achieve their potential and help them improve their well-being and mental health.
