Fundraising

So many ways to raise funds for us

How you can help support local young people facing significant challenges

We’re really fortunate to receive fundraising proceeds from individuals from every part of our community and involving a whole range of activities. Over the years, you have played tennis, organised black-tie balls, sold cakes, paddle-boarded, grown tomato plants, arranged whip-rounds, walked marathons, sung carols, run for miles, cycled for even more miles and para-glided to raise valuable funds to support the work we do.

Your money pays for a simple, effective programme which re-connects young people to their community. It changes lives.

Registration for 2020 is NOW OPEN. Much more info here /..

We always have charity places in the Bath Half Marathon. This year we had over 30 wonderful runners in the Bath Half, who all ran their socks off to raise money for us.

Runners like Vici, who ran for Mentoring Plus because

I’m a mum and want all children to have the benefits and opportunities my own kids have. I also like the fact that Mentoring Plus is a local small charity so the impact is direct and immediate.

We really look after our runners with a dedicated marquee, refreshments and sports massage, and it’s a great day for all the family.

Other recent fund-raising activities have included walking in and around Bath, learning to cook delicious meals, playing competitive tennis and joining a quiz team.

From coffee mornings to sky dives — anything goes!

If you, your friends, colleagues or community group would enjoy a fundraising event, please think of us — from coffee mornings to sky-dives, anything goes —  but if you’d like to do an organised charity challenge like a sky-dive, an assault course or a cross-continent cycle ride, we can help arrange these through a reputable supplier.

You can collect sponsorship online via our JustGiving page, or send a cheque. Drop us an email and we’ll guide you through the process.

However you choose to give to us, your money directly funds our work changing young people’s lives.
